Event Description: Friends are pleased to offer community members FREE trees to plant on private property. This event is open to anyone living within the 5 boroughs. Trees cannot be planted in city parks, on terraces or rooftops, or in tree pits on the street. Information about the species of trees available, planting instructions and care will be available. Each person or community group is allowed one tree while supplies last.
